Cling Film Wrap
You can wrap up Psoriasis patches with cling film or plastic wrap. The film may cover medications or the lesions themselves. Leave it on for up to an hour but don’t let the skin go soggy.
Gently warm olive oil and massage it to affected area. Don’t rinse off afterwards, but let the skin naturally soak it in.
Making bath solution can help psoriasis by soothing the skin, reducing itching, and regulating moisture. To do this, add ½ cup of Epsom Salt/ Bicarbonate of soda (baking soda)/ Mineral oil to your bath. You can also add in a glass of milk and 1 tablespoon olive oil to boost moisture.
